Q. What are your rates?
A. We offer affordable and competitive mini self
storage rates. Our rates vary depending upon
the size and location of the storage facility
required. For specific rates please contact us by

e-mail us, or if you
like, stop by and see us in person and we can
assess your needs before giving you a price. Our
courteous and professional staff can help you
select the most economical storage unit to suit
your specific needs.
Q. What are your hours of operation?
A. Our office is open from 9am to 5:00pm Monday
thru Friday (Summer) 9am to 5pm (Winter), and 9am to
2pm on Saturdays. Our gate
access hours are from 9am to 8pm everyday,
including Sundays. If you need other times of
access, please contact our office to make other
arrangements. 24 hour access can be arranged upon
a credit check.
Q. Should I make a reservation?
A. Availability can change on a daily basis.
We recommend that you make advance reservations to
be assured that the space is available when you
need it. All reservations are taken on a first
come first serve basis. To reserve your space in
advance, we recommend that you call us at (403)
527-8504, or (if you are calling from out of town
and wish to save yourself the long distance
charges) you may fill out the form on our
On-Line
Reservations page. If you elect to use our
On-Line Reservations page to reserve your space,
you will NOT be asked to give your credit
card number on-line. This is to protect you. Upon
receiving your request, our staff will call you to
confirm and take your credit card number at that
time.
Q. Do I need insurance?
A. You may carry your own insurance (Check
your home owner's or renter's policy to see if you
are already covered) or you can apply for
insurance coverage from a company that specializes
in self storage insurance. Insurance is the
tenant's responsibility.
Q. What type of payment do you accept?
A. We accept all major credit cards. Visa,
Mastercard and American Express. We can arrange to
e-mail your statements, mail them, or debit your
account monthly.
Q. What is the minimum rental commitment?
A. Our lease is month to month, and therefore,
you are never tied down to a long term contract.
If you would like to rent storage space for a
longer period of time, we do offer special
discounted rates long term leases.
Q. What kind of documentation do you require to
rent a unit?
A. A valid drivers licence or other picture ID
is required to rent any of our units. On boat or
RV spaces, we require current registration in the
tenant's name.
Q. Do you have your own movers?
A. Sorry. No ... we do not offer moving
services. However, we do have contracts with
companies who can provide you with excellent
service in this area. Or you may check the yellow
pages for movers available in our area, or contact
us for a recommendation. We make no guarantees
with third party service.
Q. Do you carry moving and packing supplies?
A. Yes. We have a wide variety or supplies
available at our facility. Please refer to our
Moving &
Packing page for a complete list of
products we carry. If you need these products
shipped to you, please contact us by phone at
(403) 527-8504 with a list of supplies you
require, or if you are from out of town (to save
on long distance charges), you can
e-mail us your list and we will e-mail you
back to confirm your order, your shipping address
and collect your credit card number for payment of
your order at that time.
Q. Do you know where I can find a truck for my
moving needs?
A. For your moving convenience, we provide
U-Haul Truck Rentals for "do-it-yourselfers". For
more information, or to book a U-Haul truck, call
us at (403) 527-8504, or if you are from out of
town (to save on long distance charges), you can
use our handy
On-Line
Reservations Page to reserve your truck. Upon
receiving your e-mail, our staff will phone to
confirm your booking and collect your credit card
number for payment at that time.
Q. I have a lot of stuff to store but I am on a
limited budget regarding my self storage needs.
how do I figure out how much space I need or how
much it will cost?
A. Your best bet is to call our office at
(403) 527-8504 and speak to one of our employees.
They can best assess your needs while speaking
with you and should be able to give you an
accurate estimate.
Q. How long will it take to complete my
transaction on "move-in" day?
A. The entire move-in process should take no
longer than 15 minutes.
